Refund policy:
In order to initiate a return please contact us at admin@blackhousebotanicals.com.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product you may contact us for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of the initial purchase date. We will request feedback regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund request.
Any orders shipped back without previous consent will not be eligible for a refund.
All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, please follow these guidelines to receive a refund.
1. Contact Blackhouse Vapor Company or call 801-467-6526 within 30 days of purchase.
2. Provide feedback regarding your return.
3. Mail back product in question withyour name and order number included.
4. Once we receive your product a refund will be given.

We cannot offer a refund on any products purchased from third party websites or retailers. If you purchased our product through a third party distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Refunds will not be given on products that are defective due to personal negligence. These products should be stored at room temperature and out of reach of pets and children.
Please seek reimbursement from the appropriate shipping carrier if your product arrives damaged or is lost during shipment

Refund due to shipping:
It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time. Additionally, shipping estimates do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to pick and package your order) which can take between 1-3 business days depending on order volume and other factors.
Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1-3 day shipping service
Priority Mail Express is a 1-2 day expedited service
Blackhouse Vapor Company does not guarantee the shipment will make it in these time frames. We do not offer shipping refunds due to products not making it within the specified times. If a product is ordered on the weekend it will ship on the next business day.
We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing hemp extracts. If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.
If you purchased the wrong product we will offer a return or exchange once we receive the unopened bottle.
Per our refund policy, we require the return of any open or unopened product that is being refunded. Blackhouse Vapor Company stands behind our products 100%.
